Cookie Policy

Last Updated as of 2026-09-14

This Cookie Policy explains how ReadyData.app ("ReadyData", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar browser technologies. Read it together with our Privacy Policy, which describes file processing and personal information handling.

What cookies and browser storage do

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. They can help a website recognize a session, keep you signed in, and remember choices. Cookies may be sent back to the website that set them when you make a request.

Local storage and session storage keep information on your device for use by the website. Unlike cookies, they are not automatically included in every request. We use browser storage where needed to maintain account state and preferences.

How ReadyData uses these technologies

  • Sign-in and account functionality: Maintain your session, recognize your account, and keep account information in the interface up to date.
  • Preferences: Remember choices such as language, appearance, and cookie notice acknowledgement where those features are available.
  • Security and abuse prevention: Support checks that protect the service from automated abuse and unauthorized activity.
  • Payments: Support payment sessions and fraud prevention when you use Stripe checkout or billing features.

These technologies may involve session identifiers, preference values, account state, and technical information about your browser or device. The cookies and storage entries you encounter depend on the features you use and whether you sign in or make a payment.

Third-party services

Authentication. If you choose Google sign-in, Google may use cookies on its own sign-in pages to authenticate you. Those cookies are governed by Google's cookie information.

Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare infrastructure and Turnstile verification to help prevent abuse. These services may process technical signals such as IP address and browser information. Security cookies may also be used where required by the Cloudflare features in operation. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Stripe. When you use payment or billing features, Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies to support payment sessions, protect transactions, and detect fraud. See the Stripe Cookie Policy.

Google and OpenRouter also provide AI processing, Cloudflare provides temporary file storage, and Vercel hosts the service. Sending a file for analysis is separate from setting a cookie. The presence of these providers does not mean they all set cookies in your browser when you process a file.

Analytics and advertising

ReadyData does not currently enable Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity session replay, Google Ads, or Google AdSense on the website. We do not use your uploaded document contents or analysis results for advertising or advertising profiles.

If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and provide the notices and choices required by applicable law, including obtaining consent before using them where required.

How long browser data lasts

Session cookies generally expire when your browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or are deleted. Local storage can remain until you clear it or the application removes it. Expiration periods vary by the purpose and provider; browser settings may also shorten them.

The one-day deletion policy for temporary uploaded files does not apply to cookies or browser storage. Large files temporarily held in our Cloudflare bucket are scheduled for automatic deletion after one day (24 hours), subject to the storage cleanup process. AI analysis results are returned to your browser and are not stored by ReadyData for later retrieval. Download results promptly before closing the page or clearing browser data. See our Privacy Policy for the full processing explanation.

Your controls

You can use your browser's privacy settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies and clear site storage. Many browsers also let you block third-party cookies. Blocking essential cookies or clearing site data may sign you out, reset preferences, or prevent payment and other features from working.

A cookie notice acknowledgement does not provide a general license to use your documents or change your ownership rights. Browser cookie settings also do not cancel an AI processing request you have submitted or delete files already sent to a provider.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our use of cookies or browser technologies changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
